After playing DA2, would you preorder DA3?

For me, I preordered DA2 on Steam, and now I regret my decision. If I had known the truth I would have waited till the price dropped on Steam, as it was not worth 60 USD.
When DA3 comes out, I will definitely not be preordering. Instead I will wait for the metacritic reviews, because my faith in Bioware has disappeared, and I will no longer blindly entrust my money to them.

That said, the game isn't awful. It just isn't a worthy successor to DA:O. It's tiny and claustrophobic with awful enemy scaling that has street thugs challenge your level 20+ Legendary and wave spawns.
The companions are fun and some of the stuff that happens is interesting the first time through. Perhaps I'll revisit the game some time if it gets modded to fix the lameness.

I never pre-order any game until I get a few details about the game.

I preordered DA2 from Amazon. I knew the game would be "streamlined" and that I did not approve of all of the changes, but I figured that I could take the good with the bad and enjoy the game anyway. Taken as a whole, I do enjoy the game, but there are definitely elements that disappoint me. I would have enjoyed the game even more if I had waited a month for the price to drop.

I hope they do what CDPR did with the witcher by developing directors version to fix some of the problems and make the story have a more meaningful result.
I don't mean DLC to continue the end of the game but changes to the actual game.

Despite it's flaws, I have been enjoying DA2 more than DAO.

god no... DA3 might be "streamlined" to only having 1 class, 1 act, 1 button, 1 ending, 1 everything to avoid confusing the target audience.
One dialog choice too.

True.
As for preordering DA3? Hell no.
DA2 was not a terrible game, but if BioWare keeps going the direction of DA2 for the franchise, it'll be relegated to permanent Steam Holiday Sale purchases, if even.
They'll need to impress the hell out of me with very specific things and precisely address DA2's criticisms before I plunk down any of my money on anything BioWare for a while.

Yeah, I would preorder it.
Dragon Age II's flaws are hardly less glaring than Dragon Age: Origin's. People are less willing to overlook for arbitrary reasons.

One of the big problems I know I will run into is I just don't trust the PR they have one bit. Now, I'm usually skeptical to a certain extent of anything developers or any sort of employee says in a video promoting something they made, but I just don't believe anything the DA guys say right now. They could tell me the sky would be blue in the game and I wouldn't believe them.
Plus, I think anyone who bought Witch Hunt is owed DA3 for free if Morrigan is in it. People paid money for all of Morrigan's secret's revealed, but were - accidentally I'm sure - instead given an hour long promo for DA2.

I just hope the flaws with DA2 help Bioware learn what works and what doesn't and we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
