Only if the bonus for pre ordering was the DAO mage class (wizards) and not the DA2 mage class (child party magicians)
After playing DA2, would you preorder DA3?

Not until I know more about the game, and what a pre-order would include. I mean, I loved DAO, and I still didn't preorder DA2 until right around New Year's. There's no way I would have pre-ordered it right after finishing the first game, any more than I'd preorder a 3rd now.
That said, the likelihood that I'll preorder DA3 is probably about 99%.

I'm not going to pre-order DA3, I'll wait this time like I should of done for DA2.
I'm in the same boat. I'm totally waiting. Wished I waited on DA2, but from what I read and heard about the game I couldn't wait. Now I wish I had put on my glasses and washed my ears better. Because it was not the game I thought it was going to be.

Short of DA3 taking place in an alternate reality and having nothing whatsoever in common with the first two games, the fact of my pre-ordering it is virtually guaranteed.
Oh, who am I kidding? I'd probably pre-order it even then.

Will never pre-order another Bioware game unless they release a huge addition to DA2 to make up for all its failings at no cost.

Absolutely. Loved DA2 and im sure i'll like DA3.

Very likely.
I love the world of Dragon Age and I enjoyed DA2 despite its flaws. The ending is left open for a pretty exciting continuation too.
I just hope they take their time and make a really epic game though. DA2 was rushed out the door and that was the root of the problems with that game.

I never pre-ordered any games.
... ... ...
Especially when the last product of the series is less than a year ago.
Especially when those last few products are deeply unsatisfying/full of bugs/whatever.
Especially, with above, the same developing company's other products at the same time are high quality.
Especially, with all three above, the sales company promises a lot of benefits for pre-ordering the game.
Especially, with all four above, that sales company is EA.
My English is a bit rusty, but you get the idea. That being said, I enjoy my DA2, maybe because I didn't pre-order it.

As for DA3, since I don't pre-order games anyways, I probably won't do that.
However, it's probably worth considering, if most of my "especially"s are no longer true for DA3.

Depends on the perks that come with the pre-order and the price difference. I got my DA2 Signature Edition for less than 60 bucks so I wasn't too put off by it.
I really do hope they make better with DA3. DA2 wasn't that bad in my opinion, but there are definitely things that can be improved on. Oh, and if more bug testing can be done prior to release that would be great too. xP

Hell no. I wouldn't even go anywhere near the game store until after 2 weeks of release when most professional reviews are out. Early reviews are garbage as DA2 as taught me.

That really depends. I feel like they are forcing this series in a direction no one is asking them to go in but they are determined to go in anyway. I bought into them saying they spent time reading these boards to fix issues with DAO, I won't do that a second time. I'll need to see SOMETHING to indicate they are taking time to develop the game. Oh...and if they don't have a talking head that cries about the RPG dying, pretty much giving the finger to the people that put a shirt on Bioware's back for years. I'm all for change, but maybe try to have a story we care about instead of some piece of creative garbage.

NO.
DA2 has put me on guard. I'll be getting ME3 as that's one title I still have hope for, but the next DA game, I'll be watching carefully before I decide whether it's worth predordering - or, indeed, even Day 1-buy.

Nope, not unless they make the combat like it was in Origins. Sure they can make some changes to it, but not this fast paced crap with have in DA2.
I wanted more DA:O, not DA:O ripped to pieces with most of the bad pieces used to make DA2.

Nope. This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Games are getting too small, too focused on graphics, cutscenes, and action and all the things I don't care much about for me to buy any before I play a demo or check it out with some friend.

No, I wouldn't, but I am think about buying the Origins ultimate addition.

Reviews are biased garbage. The only true way to get a good sense of game is to rent it. What ever happened to that huh? whats ten bux to know if you want to buy it?

No! I never thought Bioware would make a game, that I would not pre-order, but I got burned with DA2. I'll wait until the price drops before buying.

Hell yes. I loved DAO, and I love DA2 just as much, if not more. I know it is a long way off, but DA3 will be installed the morning it is released, for certain.
Combat in DAO was so slow and repetitive. Repetitive combat animations, repetitive tactics (CoC + shatter = win), repetitive everything. Strategic my arse. Combat was the thing I had to get through to get to make the story go forward. Now that it is actually exciting and entertaining you want to regress? Bah. I can see the argument that the animations are a bit too fast, maybe bodies are a bit too explode-y, but as far as the flow of combat it is just right. Being able to charge around the field and send people flying, or to stagger them with an advacing attack to protect your companions, or using combat talents both to do damage AND to move around the field, was just the thing to make warriors and rogues more fun and more tactical.

I will not be purchasing DA3. I made the mistake of buying DA2, so I consider that my payment for 3. Whether I'll ever get the chance to play 3 in some way, who knows. All of the people I know who have been a fan of DA were either "disgusted" or "disappointed" by 2, so I doubt they'd buy it out of the gate, either.
