At this point, no way. They would have to release a very good quality engaging demo to consider it. Even then I would give up doing an advance pre-order if it meant I would lose out on bonus DLC included with such a pre-order.

I'd rather stab myself in the eye with a rusty spoon covered in salt than preoder DA3

Yes i would, cause i think Bioware learned a lesson from DA2.
Every Bioware game apart from DA2 was a blast to me.

Funcom for Age of Conan and 2K for Civ 5 are on my blacklist
but i can't blacklist Bioware. If i look on my shelf i see KOTOR 1&2 - DA:O and ME 1&2 boxes.
Jesus Christ will forgive them DA2, we should do the same!

KotOR 2 was made by Obsidian, not BioWare.

I wouldn't pre-order it. I wouldn't be in no rush to buy it anyway

I would pre-order without question. Dragon Age 2 did an excellent job polishing up the foundations of the first game.

multiple factors influence my decision to pre order a game.

honestly i like this game (not as much as Origins however)

1 thing they could do to get me to pre order is being able to choose race again (maybe Qunari, or in a very unlikely chance, a werewolf.)

Since I liked DA2 and felt that game did quite a few things better than Origins I have faith in BIoware to make DA3 equally enjoyable.

So yes, I will preorder it.

 A simple poll.

For me, I preordered DA2 on Steam, and now I regret my decision. If I had known the truth I would have waited till the price dropped on Steam, as it was not worth 60 USD.

When DA3 comes out, I will definitely not be preordering. Instead I will wait for the metacritic reviews, because my faith in Bioware has disappeared, and I will no longer blindly entrust my money to them.

No.  It's amazing from reading the comments how many people accept and defend mediocrity.

I'm not sure.

Seeing how Dragon Age 2 cameout and after playing it I pretty much know that the slogan for Dragon Age 3 will be:

"Press a button and something awesome happens. You finish the game."

But sarcasm and silly/witty comments aside, I think I may preorder it. I'll be ashamed of myself for doing so but... well my faith in DA3 being better than Origins is shaken, not stirred. When the time comes then I'll consider it but judging by the abysmal effort put into DA2 (Story, writing, exploration, reused areas blablabla rantrantrant) then I'm not to keen on DA3. So... I'm moreso leaning towards a maybe... gah :pinched:.

ATM I would say not just No but Hell No. But as the date comes up it most likely depends on price point. I am kicking myself, hard, for spending $60 on DA2; a game that feels like its just a bunch of DLC. If Bioware offers DA3 for $40 bucks or less, then I might pre-order... or not.

Depends on what they do with da3.
They took most of what I loved about DAO and either cut it down or left it out in DA2.
DAO is a roleplaying game with action/hacknslash elements, but DA2 is a action/hacknslash game with a little roleplaying element threwn in.
DA2 reminds me more of Blizzards Diablo games than DAO........  Which can be fun, but it was far from what i was hoping for. :(
