The Ring of The Ferryman +24%, I presume this is the ring you found, belt of primevals +4%(along with several other elements).
Lastly the robes of unblemished cleanliness, also +24%

There are weapon runes aren't there? I think some staffs put out eletricity damage too. Can't name any at the top of my head though.
I mean stuff that actually says + Lightning damage. You see it a lot on rings and such for "x% physical damage" or "+x% fire damage" etc.
Edit : Sorry its + electricity damage, not lightning.

I've not gotten to act three yet (most of those are from there). I guess I am just comparing it to +fire damage that is on nearly everything!

There was a ring called Dirthamen's Secret available from the merchant in the Dalish camp during act 1, which has +4% electricity damage and +116 nature resistance. I also have an Ornate Corrupted Talisman, and I'm not sure whether that was random loot or not (I think it probably was). +13 defense, +5% electricity damage. And that's all I have so far, just into Act 2 (I've done almost nothing in the act).
Yea, that ring is the one I have found. The Talisman sounds like a random loot judging by its name. It just seems like there is very little in the first two acts compared to frost or fire. I expect physical to drop a lot since everyone gains from it but there is way too much fire for how underpowered the fire spells are.

Thats kind of a contradiction right there. Why should the weaket element have the least boosters? Because fire is the weakest damaging element it has the most ways to boost its damage.Jodah1987 wrote...

Are you playing on NM? From my experience, once Anders got the upgraded firestorm spell (plus pyro and elemental mastery), he was able to kill off most of the first wave by himself. Elites needed attention from the Rogue, but the spell was very effective. He didn't have any +fire weapons equipped.
Regarding equipment options with +electric, you can search the vendors for them. Each time you load the area they restock the non-unique items they have. The Blood Mage Compendium thread has more info on the mechanics of that, but if the property can be obtained on items in Act 1, you should be able to find the gear you want with enough patience.
