Beat DA 2 twice already and both times I cant leave my estate postgame. anyone else having/had this problem? All the areas on my map are dark gray except for my estate.

There is no postgame content atm, so methinks this isn't a bug, exactly. However, you should at least be able to visit the Black Emporium if you have it.
