I pre-ordered the Signature edition of Dragon Age 2 from bestbuy.com on 1-07-2011. It never came with a code to redeem the Amulet of Ashes, the instructions on this site say to enter the UPC code on the box to redeem it....When I enter it in, it just says the code is not recognized. Does anyone, who did the pre-order from Best Buy, have any info on how to get it?

I got a different problem with this item: Pre-ordered from Play.com and got the promotional code. However, it did not unlock for PS3. All other platforms have it under my registered game content here...

I went to EA's help center and told them the issue, they were able to look at my registered account and enabled the Amulet. Quick response too! I can now use the Amulet of Ashes.
