I downloaded the Black Emporium and Exiled Prince and I was able to locate my new unlocked items as well as visit the Black emporium. The issue is that at Hawke's estate It's giving me the arrows like I have new quests to accept but when I click the book no new quests appear.
Does anyone know why this would be occuring? Also, I can see both add-ons under my downloadable content tab as well as my new items under extras so I'm logged into the right account.

Are you at the end of the game? If so, it's that way. Just have to wait for new quests to arrive.
And, if you beat the game THEN got Sebastian, you will need to start a new game to use him really. He's integrated into the game.
