while pickpocketing or getting an item from an NPC after a quest a little dialog pops up saying "Item Recieved" .

I would like to see a Mod that replaces that dialog with the name of the item that is obtained. As a bonus if the little chest could be made into the icon of the item it would be nice as well.

I thank anyone that will dedicate the time to making such an addon/mod for DA:O.

Not entirely sure that can be done. A lot of GUI elements are not very moddable.
