What that exactly mean?, for example: Rally give us +200 mana/stamina regeneration rate... how much is it? 200% of your regeneration rate? or 200 points in stamina?

I asked a question similar to this the other day and never really got a clear answer on how stamina regen works (as a percentage and a flat rate)

i think the values are a per minute thing. which makes them entirely useless unless they are in the hundreds as (at least on nightmare) +10 mana/stam regen appears to do nothing above normal regen

Peter Thomas (a Dev in charge of mechanics, basically) posted about abilities in another thread. I remember him being asked and answering a little about the mana/stamina situation.

Yes it's just about the worst forum ever. You'd think with all the money they just made they could afford a $50/hr sysadmin to make it good
