A mage can wear any armor if he has the required statistic? (strenght, constitution)? There isn't any other malus (example: fatigue, spell failure)

Do effect stack, for example: chance of finding better items, in two or three equipped items?

A mage could wear any other armor in DA:O as long as they had the required stats. And a non-mage could wear mage gear if they wanted. In fact, if I remember correctly, there was a whole class in DA:O that allowed you to wear armor made for tanks, by supplanting the STR score with your MAG score.

And, I don't see why they wouldn't stack. Every other stat increase stacks, so.
