What's your favorite?

For myself:
In Mass Effect 1 it was definately the theme from Vigil on Ilos. So sad.... really captures the tale of an entire doomed species.
In Mass Effect 2, Kasumi's theme wins by default, it's nothing short of amazing and gives me goosebumps all over.

ME1 - Vigil
I always sit in the menu until the song finishes XD

ME2 - Normandy Reborn
The epicness!!

ME2 - Tali's Theme, Samara's Theme, Mordin's Theme or Kasumi's Theme

If I had to choose between them, I'd say Vigil and Tali's Theme.

Some of the cinematic cues in the first ME was really nice, especially when the Normandy approaches the Citadel and escapes from it. The particular cue when Sheppard was given Spectre status by the Council was a memorable one. The synthesizers for C-Sec sounds quite nice. Sovereign is also a notable theme.

The Blade Runner and Dune influences in the ME soundtracks are unmistakable, even the melodies and chord progression bears strong similarities.

The song captured the mood I was in after finishing the game quite perfectly.
None from ME2 because to me it felt like they were trying to force their theme of being epic there. Nice tunes but not in sync with what was going on in favor of sounding epic.

Not Normandy Reborn, but the first one. Really augments the dim interior of our first ship and the game in general by adding a dark and mysterious aural atmosphere.

I don´t know how many times I´ve played through ME1 and I still feel like Shepard has died when the music starts.

You know... now that you mention it: Wasn't that Bioware's way of telling you "haha you thought we'd kill the protagonist so you start over with someone else in ME2? THINK AGAIN!" ? 
Oh well, let's not derail this.

Mass Effect 1:  "Victory", "From The Wreckage" and "Faunts - M4 Part II"

Mass Effect 2: "Suicide Mission", "Tali" and "The Long Walk".

Sorry, I can't eliminate any of them.

Mass Effect 1 + 2 (songs that turn up in both games):  "Vigil", "Mass Effect Theme", and the variations of "Galaxy Map"; "Uncharted Worlds" and "New Worlds".

I look forward to the Galaxy Map theme in Mass Effect 3.
