Criticism is "harassment"?
Tommorrow, I bet waving at people will constitute assault.

That's situational. Depending on the circumstances, waving at someone could be an assault.

She might be writing stuff for future DLC!
Though I do sympathise with the big BW. The item pack was done by a texture artist or two, and maybe a character modeler. I think the new items look terrific. Oh well.

Yeah, if you are waving at them from two feet away with a four foot metal pole.

Yeah, if you are waving at them from two feet away with a four foot metal pole.
Or if you were identifiably a master of martial arts and were waving very aggressively. There are lots of factors to consider.

2. This thread is about Ketojan, which would not be a DLC item pack or Sebastian.
3. Mary has nothing to do with the DLC item back, DLC existing, or Sebastian and his DLC.
So, yah, randomly coming into a thread just to **** to a dev about something they have no input in or control over because you don't like a DLC item pack is harassing them. If you're going to pop in just to offer 'criticism,' why not criticize the story, or the dialogue, or the characters?
You know, something actually related to the forum you're on and the person you're talking to?

You pulled one sentence from me out of context in a post addressing someone other than the writer. At no time did I bring up the Item Pack when talking to her. My quip about Sebastian was originally joking. The writer simply contended that he was intended to be DLC from the start, and a conversation began about that--not involving the writer.
Don't randomly come into threads and start *****ing at someone when your grasp of what is occuring is looser than Isabela.

EDIT: On a sidenote, Shale was technically free if you bought DA:O new. I thought it was fair trade off, considering how enormous the used game industry has become. Additionally, Shale is superior to Sebastian by a factor of about 2.1 million.
And Sebastian was free for anybody who preordered the signature edition. So, even if he was developed as DLC at the start, he was also free at the start.

You mean, "anyone who paid extra" for the signature edition. Meaning he was not free, he was simply factored into the added price of the signature edition.
What you are saying is similar to saying that the waffle-cone comes free with the ice cream, despite the fact that you had to pay extra for the waffle cone to be included and it did not come standard.
Shale came with all new copies of the game, at no extra cost.

Who payed extra for the Signature Edition? I know I didn't.
It was a free upgrade for preorders before January 11.
I hardly consider having a temporary product promotion to be equivalent.
Otherwise, I am going to claim that Mass Effect 2 is free.

ME2 is free if you get it via the Sequel promotion. If I do that, I will certainly not claim to have "paid extra" for it, which is exactly what you're doing.

Let me guess, you think that you get a "free" item when you "buy one get one free" right?

Let's see. I paid fifty dollars for Dragon Age II. A month or so later, I paid zero dollars for Mass Effect 2.
Similarly, I paid fifty dollars for the Dragon Age II Signature Edition. Other people paid fifty dollars for the Dragon Age II regular edition.
In what way have I paid extra for anything?

I never said that you paid extra for anything. I said that packaging a character in a temporary promotional campaign (which was only the same price as the regular edition prior to January 11) is not equivalent to offering a character with every regular copy of a game.

An oil spill + a polar bear forced out of it's natural habitat by global warming.
Kind of ironic when you think about it.
