I never said that you paid extra for anything.  I said that packaging a character in a temporary promotional campaign (which was only the same price as the regular edition prior to January 11) is not equivalent to offering a character with every regular copy of a game.

I daresay you did.

You mean, "anyone who paid extra" for the signature edition.  Meaning he was not free, he was simply factored into the added price of the signature edition.

I did not pay extra for the Signature Edition. In fact, no one did, unless they paid a third-party unassociated with BioWare, EA, or legitimate retailers.

Yeah, I don't know what your problem is, but that's about enough of that. I'm not dignifying any more of your BS with a response.

Since we're off topic and acting like a bunch of douchebags anyways, what is the source for that avatar Filament?

It's quite snazzy.

It's from Mask of the Betrayer, an expansion for NWN2. Okku, God of Bears. Really, NWN2 is worth it for that expansion alone.

I said "anyone who paid extra" for.  Not, everyone did paid extra for.  If you want to insist that only purchasing from EA counts, ignoring GameStop and other "legitimate" retailers charging extra, then fine.  I really don't care.

However, it is still not equivalent to offering Shale with every copy of DA:O, so it is still a false equivalence which is what my point was in the first place.  If Shale was only available in a limited edition preorder release, then it would be a fair comparison.  But she was not.

Hey look who crawled back!

I don't recall ever leaving?

It reminds me of one of the covers I've seen for the Golden Compass.

I suppose I'll have to make up for your lack of dignity by dignifying you with a response!

I have little respect for people who attempt to threaten others with, "I'm going to tell on you for breaking the ruuules!"

OP said what I've been thinking forever. As soon as Ketojan spoke, I started to think about how I was going to use him in my party. I just assumed a character that badass had to be a companion.

I will never understand why there are no Qunari companions.

Appreciate it. I've always enjoyed it.

1) I don't think they want to have them in every game. They're supposed to be more rare than elves or dwarves.

2) During Act 2, they'd turn on you if they were Qunari.

That's not necessarily true (I don't think). A Qunari's duty is to the Qun before the Arishok. If Bisexual LI Qunari Companion judged that the Arishok was not following the will of the Qun (the player would have to convince him of that, of course), then he'd fight with you.

Maybe.

A Qun-less Kossith would be nice, especially a female one.  Unless they decide to keep them confined to concept art.

You were able to convince Fenris to help protect mages, and should be able to convince Anders to help fight the mages (his rivalry romance is glitched).  So it wouldn't be unbelievable for you to convince a Qunari to fight the Arishok.
