I still haven't received the Lion of Orlais and Fadeshear.

I have registered my game online and put in the redeem code and am logged in to my account on Dragon Age II.

Any Ideas why I haven't gotten the items yet? I got the other two bonus items from 1,000,000 people downloading the demo in Gamlen's home already.
