Well, maybe I'm just in a bad mood. Disregard my sarcastic remarks, Bukowski, and good luck!

I'm done with Act1 on my Solo Rogue Run. The most challenging fights was ...
My first Encounter with an Qunari Saarebas on Wounded Cost at Lvl6. The lightning DOT kill me if I got an hit. Duelling this first Saarebas took me 3 reloads. Later encounters are easier because I stunned them to death with Harmony.
Act of Mercy. The final fight against Ser Kerras was not that easy because I had to babysit Ser Thrask. He will die if all enemies stay on him and I was not able to complete the quest. His HP pool is large enough to get out of combat after the encounter starts but than I had to make fast progress to pick the enemies from him. An second stealth reset was not possible or he will die.
The Mature Dragon, he will kill me in 2 hits. So there is no space for failures. Need to reload twice because of this. I got knockdown on the first hit (> 50% HP) and second hit killed me.
The Dragon in Deep Roads, because he has another faster attack pattern than the Mature Dragon, is very fast so kiting was also harder than Mature Dragon and finaly he has more HP. But you have more space and can reset the fight to save and "heal". This fight took me 30 minutes.
The Woodrow's Warehouse. I had an little bit trouble at the last battle before you can exit the warehouse. Elite Assassin + Elite 2H. Takes much longer and kiting 2 Elites was not easy.
The Night Lies fight was much easier than all above. You can pull all enemies solo and the Captain and the other 2 Elites are also Solo Kites. None of them hits very hard and all Elites are much slower than Hawke. So you can kite them without problem on the upper part of the large room. There attack animation is also very slow so they never hit you if you don't screw hard. Saving "Out of Combat" was also possible after killing the complete main room including the Captain. Only one add from each respawn wave runs to the main room and need to be killed. All other respawns are "not seen" if you stay on the upper part. So you drop out of combat after clearing the main room and you can save.
Casters and Assasins are not very hard as soon as you get Harmony. Harmony seems buggy or works other than the description tells me. Most times I can stun lock Casters and Assasins until they are death. Almost any Arrow proc the stun. Thats far above from 1% proc rate, but this happens only on Assasins and Casters.
I don't use an moneycheat to buy extra gear/talents/attributes/potions/poisons but heavy use stealth where its possible. Most fights are easy if you can avoid hits but failures are an swift death. Potions are only used on the two Dragons and Ser Kerras Fight.

That's pretty much it in a nutshell
a newbie to this solo play (not to mention a bit too much alcohol in my system at the time) , it just hadn't occured to me, looks pretty cool, but then again now I think about it I can see that it could be a bit on the tedious side if it involves running around for 30 minutes recharging mana/health etc.
Anyway I might give it a go for a laugh and check out the solo rogue walkthrough for starting off tips (think I have fair idea what's involved, no doubt attribute distribution and talent selection is the trick. Did build a top heavy mage (magic/will) in DA:Awakenings - but she just didn't have enough health, so would die far too easily and didn't follow it through so haven't really experimented enough with character builds), but got plenty still left to do in my 1st playthrough, so once I've exhuasted party play I might look more into this.
I won't be erecting any altars just yet guys! Thanks for being gentle with me. Appreciated.
