I already reclaimed my mansion in High Town and still there is no quest for Isabela to be my companion? and before ending Act 1. I finished all my missions? What should I do? Did I missed something?

Sounds like a bug. You're supposed to run into Isabela at the Hanged Man during Act 1.

Your supposed to wander into the hanged man without a quest telling you to go there. That's when her encounter occurs.

plus you get the mansion in Act 2, not Act 1, mom even says she will be meeting with the Viscount while you're gone.

yes, I go to hanged man at night. I already finished the game once, but as a warrior.. I don't know why Isabela didn't showed up, I'll just start all over again, hahaha, thanks for the help.

I'm fairly certain if you don't recruit her before the the deep roads she's no longer available she's one of the companions you don't have to recruit to finish the game.

She available right after you do Anders quest. I'm playing a mage again and recruited her again right after I finished Anders quest, just by walking into the Hanged Man at night.
