I somewhat regret not getting the CE version (I'd have gotten it via Steam if it wasn't for the great deal I got on a boxed SE copy).  I'd really like to have access to those items in the CE.  This has to be possible eventually I assume.

I have no idea. If it's considered pirating, then hopefully a mod will delete the thread. I remember a discussion on the Dragon Age forums about all the different rings, and several of the responses were basically "who cares, a mod will come out to give them all to us eventually" that I don't recall got modded, so figured this was along the same lines.
