Is there a way to get Mages ChampionArmor for warrior? I mean the outlook, not the stats. I want to look like the warrior from the very first promo pics and trailers where Hawke was waving his 2h sword in that mages outfit.

Also the sword fromt hat trailer would be pretty nice.

All info is apreciated and thank you for your time already :)

You can wear mage armor as a warrior if you use the "no requirements" mod.

That's not going to work considering the mage version of the champion armour won't spawn for non-mages.

You mean the sword-staff thingy? That's the Staff of Parthalan. You ought to be able to get it here: http://dragonage.bio...info/parthalan/

As for the model change of the armour. I remember there being a thread around here that talked about change an item's appearance through savegame editing. You may be able to do it like that.

I play on the 360 and I play as a Rogue but use the Warrior armor (except Rogue Hood) and also have the Champion's Edge

If you want to learn to mod the 360 version pm me and I'll link you to a good site where I created a tutorial, its pretty simple

I am 99% sure its the same on the PC too just without a few steps

.

I think warriors can get it with Sunnie's champion armor mod. Testing now and will edit results.

Can grab it and put in backpack but it's restricted to Mage so can't wear it.

I would say using GFFEditor would be needed to fix that or use the mod Sunnie suggested.

You can summon any item with the dev console... and you can wear restricted armors with the no requirements mod.

And that trailer is all kinds of inconsistent. In the prolog part the have mage Hawke wielding some generic great sword, and everywhere else he has the Parthalan. If all you want to do is have a warrior look like the mage champion, then just use my champ armor mod and the no restriction mod and be done with it.

Not sure which one you're talking about-- that trailer features a lot of weapons. The only non-generics I spotted, though, were the Staff of Parlathen (which is a spear/staffsword, and is show in the closing title) and what I *think* is the Might of the Sten-- which just so happens to be the model for the generic qunari sword (which, oddly enough, I don't think any qunari you fight in game use). You can't actually get it yourself without a promo item, though. Can't recall where you get it from tho, someone else will have to help with that.

Might of the Sten is part of the Signature Edition DLC.

Solution! This is what you need to do. Download the no requirements mod, and the "get real champion armor early" mod. And enable console. Play as warrior in prologue, but once you get to Kirkwall, put the Champion armor in the Chest at Gamlens house. Use console to change yourself to mage (runscript chargen mage (level) and then take champion armor out of chest and WALLA! also, use console to put carver in your party
