Also you wouldn't catch me rounding up a bunch of friends and declare "It's kick gay person day!"

I don't think it's to much to ask from situations when it can be helped such as a video game.

I think the fact that it "turns your stomach" is why people have labled you a homophobe. It shouldn't make you so upset! It's just a couple in an alley. That's it. And that's what most homosexuals want you to think.

This world would be a lot better if we just... hated each other equaly. 

Just because a person may disagree with certain sexual behaviors doesn't mean that person automatically hates the person for engaging in such behavior.  I strongly disagree with homosexual relationships but I certainly do not hate anyone engaged in such a relationship. One thing doesn't have to mean the other. 

But why do you disagree with gay relationships? That's the point I'm getting at here. Why do folk disagree so much? Isn't it easier to let it be than it is to complain/argue about it?

I'm trying to think of something to nudge us back onto the topic but I think it's probably gone on long enough and most of the debate has been explored thoroughly, hence all this wandering off-topic. >.>

Edited to say: Although, I wouldn't mind getting a couple of answers on my earlier point (the one about being hit on in-game, just as in real life, is not okay but apparently your life being threatened is perfectly fine).

Who said anything about condemning homosexuals to live alone? lol I don't think there's any risk of that despite the fact that many people still disapprove of same sex relationships.

I, personally, haven't insisted on gay content in my gaming. I'm thankful for when it does happen (at least if it's more than tokenism) but I am able to enjoy a game without it. I've got nothing but praise for BioWare for promoting inclusivity. Lol, no. 40 pages were "insecure insecure" yelling before you understood you had the problem in accepting that everyone does not want to bend over to you.

20 pages were "homopbobes homopbobes" yelling before you understood that unwanted sexual advances are sexual harassment.

1 page was that it is just moronical to harass sexually someone who wont be interested of you in the first place.

The trend look good though.

It is not something said perse it just what I gather from their posts.
As they said they dont feel comfortable with the gay content in the game. They cant control real life situations but this is a game so maybe complaining to the developers would solve that.
Now think for a moment that they would have the same control over real life. wouldnt they do the same?

Isn't it always? It gets overused by all sides in a variety of ways. I never use the term because too much negativity is attached to it. You use it and it instantly triggers defensiveness in people.
