I have past the camp attack but the dialogue said stay prepared?  Is there more than one?

I want to clean up my gear and just sell the rest I'm not going to use on my dedicated team (Ali/Morr/Leliani).

Is there any campaign harm in leaving the rest in their skivvies if I'm not going to add them for battles?

You'll need them to be well armored and fully functional later on. Also, it makes camp a tad non-immersive, don't you think? And you never know, you might want to mix it up a bit at some point.

Well that's what I can't seem to find anywhere, are they actually going to participate anymore after the triggered camp attack unless i use them in my team?

If that's a definite yes then just "hint" me so I'll know without any further spoil.
