There is a box the you can check in gff's edit window that says "Treat as a floating-point". LOL....
Just check that box and enter what magnitude you want. (this is for "ITEM_PROPERTY _POWERS"). Again, this is just for DA2, DAO doesn't need to do this.
That was some wasted time

Can it be the fact that I play through steam?
And sorry if this has been said before, but I went through quickly the 12 pages and didn't find the answer.

is a semi transparent sphere with some sort of spiky polygon in the center. After a few seconds it explodes and sends anyone flying outwards.

This one?
It's discussed, but nobody really knew what it was.

The only thing throwing me off is that it's an elf hair and Hawke is human so I don't know how well it will work, though people have used the elf tattoos etc without too much trouble (actually, I wouldn't mind more tattoo styles for female Hawke - is there a gallery of the maleHawke tattoos anywhere?).
Also, how would I go about getting the hex codes for NPC hair?
I am aware that this would be easier on PC, but I don't own a PC, I can't afford a PC, I don't have space for a PC, and the only ones I have access to I can't mod on.

nah aint that one. Enemy mages create this weird trasnparent ball, with like a spike ball within. After a few seconds explode. But dont worry found out what they are. They are NPC talents that can't be acquired.

Um, quick question. How do you edit the number of ability points and specialization points a character has available for leveling up? I started out using first blight, but that damned thing's corrupted my saves so often, and half the stuff I'd like to do doesn't work on it (adding new attributes to items and such).
in first blight you have to already have some so you have to do it right after leveling up and before spending them
in gff i dont know
also if you are using a warrior caracter the class is the reason for corupted save no one know why but warrior save often get corupt for no reason
if your not playing a warrior then i cant sa what's the problem

I second this, I found that after a point in Act 2, my warrior saves corrupted every time with Firstblight (gffeditor was fine). I had no such problem with a rogue.

but is there a number for them?. hate the fact that u gota be witty all the time to down the line push out a witty line... anyone can be witty at any given time seriously.
ANyways before I rant off. ANyone knows if these "personalities" have a bar... number value etc I can just max all of em out?
PS: Like in ME2, it doesnn't take practice to make someone soil their pants by pointing a weapon at them. Doesn't even take a certain personality.... BIOWARE!!!!.<_<

I do too. But I am naturally sarcastic (real life btw) and a... whats the word... diplomatic? why can you only be one?
PS: ME1 totally irrelevant, not sur why you mention it since if you play the game twice... you get to simply have all the choices, so its not really aplicable here. Now yes, the first "playthrough" you feel the same way as I do now... or with ME2 when I first played it. But after that it goes away since you just carry w/e and just add points to the opposite influence path.
PSS: I still say whoever came up with the renegade paraon interrupt idea where it takes practice to point a gun at someone should be slapped and fired He has... or she, has no place in RPG making process.

im not saying its right i agree with you that it can be agrovating to be forced down only one path but without a scheme to follow(especially in DA2 since all the line that we dont chose depend on that scheme) hawke would say the same thing in all playthroug like shep. im on my second playthrough in DA2 and havent skipt one line because last time i played good guy and now sarcastic so they arent the same line. on my second and third playthrough of ME1 and 2 i skiped most dialogue because i knew them by heart(i easily remember what people say in game and movie but thats irelevant sry) so its nice to have diferent dialogue depending on your hawke personality.
PS: on your third point your totally right you dont need skill to point a gun and look mean to scare someone
PSS: F.Y.I. in your first post you said this "AKA another ****** poor idea imported from ME2 disastrous paragon/renegade fiasco bar" the paragon/renegade bar actualy come from KoTOR(light/dark side bar but its basicaly the same) it was only worst in ME2 because it ad impact on the dialogue weel
PSSS: too answer your initial question wich i didnt. probably not because it would screw up all the dialogue option there is only 6 posible choice per weel so it would not fit they might try to pile up or i dont know. might be a value EX: 1sarcastic 2paragon 3renegade 4flirty just like gender 1male 2female but then again you would have to choose
PSSSS: the solution to that would be a non talking caracter like in DAO wich allow for a ****load of choice but i personaly prefer less choice and a talking main caracter than lots of choice and having to read a freeking paragraph before choosing what to say and the npc look like they are talking alone

1- Exactly thats the point, have all hawkes have all lines od dialogue availble. not 2 will say the same thing but thats what makes an RPG enjoyable. is anoying tog et cut off something because someone else decided it for you.
2- Did not know it was from Kotr played it twice... was long ago
3-Not worried about piling it up, I mean some easy "LB" for next set of answers is not a big deal.
There are what? 6 answers per wheel?... simple solution, have as many wheels as you need, go through them with RB or LB. basically just for the different type of attitudes, since the agressive, diplomatic of witty are always the same no matter what wheel.

to sparta
back in kotor it made sence cince its was jedi thing(light side dark side or neutral) and it only influanced your look and companions alignement
sure the rb lb thing would be a nice idea for an other game(ear that bioware ME3 is not finished yet

Morality leads to outcomes, outcomes does not lead to morality.
Now ME1 came up with the bright and wonderful idea of STACKING ABILITIES AFTER PLAYTHROUGHS. But apparently bioware gets rid of good ideas and keeps bringing in ****ty ones. Not for the most part but what can you expect... Is not "bioware.inc" Its EA: Bioware.

I'm sure that BioWare would say that these choices will have an effect on future iterations, but who gives a sh!t about that. I made a conscious choice in this game to support one side over another and was railroaded into killing them (with a really bad excuse if you side with the mages at least). Sorry, I don't care about how the supporting characters may have slightly different outcomes, and that my choices will effect DA3 or DLC - I would like the game I'm playing to be the one that is actually being played, not some yet to be decided follow up, where, upon the whim of the developers, my decisions may be ignored anyway - yes I'm looking at you Anders.
Right, now that's off my chest, any news on modding?
EDIT: PS: Is Anders that good a character that we couldn't have had someone else? I didn't rate him in Awakenings so I don't see why he was brought back, possibly from the dead.
I'm sure the Deep Roads maps could have been acquired elsewhere, we could have skipped the stupid sibling situation there and done without the ****** poor excuse for his actions; "ooh, he's possessed" rather than just a fundamentalist dick.
