and the one you want is Effects.txt

Will the game reflect that shift? I know it won't as far as the skill tree goes, but will the character register as "rivalry" if they've already been at "friend"? Thanks!
Change it to -99 and then get some rivalry points with that character to cement the change

It varries based upon equipment, but I think 10-15 is a good range. Keep in mind that the glitch will reoccur whenever you save and load without Isabela in your party, so that's -5% each time. So, you may want to set it higher than normal (say around 40) and then go back and change it if you notice Hawke become sluggish.
Also, for people having issues with swapping Carver's/Bethany's head models, the game auto-corrects constantly based upon appearance of Hawke. This is to ensure that the brother/sister has a matching face morph based upon the presets and skin-tones you select for Hawke. No matter what you set Carver's head to be, it will (usually immediately upon loading) revert to the normal matching Carver head.6

Pasive increases Spirit Damage you do with other abilities by a certain percent (varies on modifier)

You can but you if you want to get the exact item then you should cut it out (the entire branch with the item's stats) of a save that has it and paste it into your save you want to mod

You can't pull CONcept away from the folder marked "Key Vaults" as CONcept needs the folder to work, so just make sure that both the CONcept.exe and "Key Vault" folder (with it containing the KVs) are in the same folder

the Lore part in the Ids seem to be common amung the legondary style weapons..
does that aspect create the Codex entry or is that just some random numeric in the codes?
also considering that i know the one handeds model code is gen_im_wep_war_one_lore_04.uti and reading that it almost seems obvious... not obvious i wouldnt have found it alone without lots of trial and error tho. would have at least taken 3-4 trys

From here edit away.

I'm good up until I have to edit the numbers.Edit them to what?from what I gathered there isn't a default attack speed or resistance,it's based on your gear and attributes.
If the above is the case then what the numbers themselves mean?So I can change them to what I feel is justified.

Is it 32/100? 32 is too low? if yes,what is too high?

Is it possible that after changing Merill to a human when you go to party selection screen that her body doesn't change to an elf and having spider fingers?

I was wondering whether the 5% attack buff stands for 5 points, or 5% of your current base attack speed without the buff. If it's the latter, then shouldn't the deduction caused by the bug stop at 0 (since 5% of 0 = 0) just as in my case, instead of going into negative?
