Anyway, please give me just that spoiler. Not anything more than that, but give me that =) I wanna make a second run through and I'm thinking of romancing Isabela this time cause she's an amazing person. But I'd rather go for Fenris or Merrill if it all ends up feeling like it was just about sex in the end (like I felt about Miranda's romance in ME2).

So... just bumping uglies, or does it go deeper? =)

It gets deeper. If you ask "What about love?" She explains stuff about her past. But in act 3, she admits she's falling for you.

First question belief. After that go to Hawke's house at night. The scene is the post-sex conversation.

Trying to reload a save so I can tell Isabela that our sex was more than just fun. Can't remember what scene/point in time I need to reload so I can change my answer.

Question belief (midways, i think) You must receive 50 friend or rivalry points and do the quest before cathing a thief. I advise before the Seamus quest (following the qun. I think it was named) as well as cacthing a thief will auto-start as soon as Hawke enters his/her house.
doing question belief Hawke must pick a heart optionn (only aviable if you picked a heart before). Then go to Hawke's house. (Try both night and day) and the romance scene should follow. (Rembemer to pick all the investigation options if you want to romance Isabella and not just have a one night stand)
And yes it is act two.

Just to clarify - you don't have to do the questioning beliefs conversation for the romance to start (although this is an important quest for later in the act) - simply flirt with her during her first Act 2 conversation then return to Hawke's estate at night. After the cutscene ask about love and explore all investigate options to trigger the romance.

I always leave the questioning beliefs until after this, especially if friendmancing since there's slightly different dialogue if Hawke and 'Bela have already spent the night together.

Lastly, you mention 50 friend or rival...I though Isabela only comes back to return the relic if she's your friend? Or is this what someone meant when mentioning that Varic tells Hawk that Isabela escapes the Qunari.....thanks again.

Isabella comes back to return the relic if you have reached 50 in either friendship or rivalry. I am 120% sure about this. You can always check the dragonage wiki though to double check.

OK....just met up with Isabela in the Hanged Man....she cane back with the relic and I told the Arishok she was staying with me. I also replayed after the Deep ROads and made sure I picked the Heart options everywhere possible. I just played the scene where sher claims to be a "snake and a thief" and how I'm the Champion, etc...etc....I thought this was the scene where she professes to falling in love with Hawke....if this is true, did I mess up by having her be my friend instead of my rival, or does the love confession come later on? Thanks all!

The best part of the rivalry romance is the last conversation before the final battle. My BF was a mage goody two shoes and I loved hearing Isabela brag about how she is ready to fight injustice and overthrow tyranny. I nearly fell out of my chair.

You get the confession later after you've done her final quest No Rest for the Wicked.
