If i try to play the game on anything but 1920x1080, the game is like 1-2 inches off centered to the left. But if i play 1920x1080 its perfectly centered, no matter what i try to tweak its always off-centered. Not sure what is causing this or how to fix it.

I have the same problem. Seems to only happen when in DX11 mode.
I also have a strange off center problem with my mouse.
Also when I get it run full screen 1920 x 1080 DX11, the screen is waay bigger than the monitors borders.
If you have any advice please let me know.

In case it can help the troubleshooting, I get this problem when playing Origins, DA2 however do not get this problem for me.

Just curious, but have you tried swapping aspect ratios in the config menu accessed from the launcher? Also, if your using a LCD monitor try checking for native resolution. Sometimes the simple solutions work best. My own setup I run at 1920x1080, which is native resolution for an HP 2210m monitor, and I had to go in and set the game to run that at 16:9 widescreen. The default setup had the wrong ratio originally.
