So after fooling around with Isabela, when it came down to a decision, I chose to romance Merrill. I even got the trophy right after talking to her at the end for completing a romance. Then, during Varric's explanation during the epilogue, he talks about how they all went their separate ways "except Isabela of course". Has anyone else seen something like this? Makes me wonder if it's messed up my end-game save for export into DLC/DA3.
Also, I didn't get the Leliana "near to my heart" bit about the Warden, even though my import had a relationship with her. Bad luck I guess.
Epilogue relationship bug - anyone else?

It's a bug. Whoever you sex first will be the one Varric mentions during the ending.

I got 'except Anders' in spite of the fact that my Hawke killed him. I mean, I guess I'm not that surprised he survived with Justice and all, but still, I don't think she'd really have been up for letting him tag along.

Hmm, that's interesting. I had an incomplete romance on my mage (Fenris, but he sort of ended up...dead) and Varric correctly said we all went our separate ways, no mention of a love interest at all for me.
