I've tried entering from hightown i've tried entering the chantry directly.  is Anders not supposed to be part of your crew when you do it?

For me, that quest was broken... There was no grand cleric to be found so i got back to the map to see that i had a quest marker for that quest in Darktown (even though my journal said that i needed to distract the grand cleric)...

Once there, i talked with Anders (who had a new armor all of a sudden) and the conversation had nothing to do with the quest... After said conversation, Anders was unavailable in the "party screen"...

I' m like 4-5 hrs into act 3 but it seems waaaayyyy buggier...
