Is there any way you can get mods to a ps3? Like do you download them then put them on a USB then put it in your ps3? Or is there no possible way at all?

Not that I've heard of. Consoles typically aren't open to mods since there isn't a simple way to access files. Basically, if mods are your thing, go with the PC version.

Haha, next DA (if there is one considering DA2 sets up perfectly on the tee for a third one) I am getting it PC!
