If we follow one particular formula, sure. There are multiple paths that the characters can take.

Zevran - Died when attempting to rejoin the Crows

Anders - Murdered by Hawke
Velanna - Killed by The Warden for assaulting in The Wending Wood
Nathaniel - Died at Vigil's Keep
Sigrun - Died trying to kill the Architect
Bethany/Carver - Died in the Deep Roads
Varric - Overseeing his mining company
Aveline - Died when Hawke sided with the mages
Fenris - Died when Hawke sided with the mages
Isabela - Sent to a Qunari labor camp

Or Anora is queen and Alistair is a drunk hanging out in the Hanged Man. There are too many possibilities and nuances to playthroughs to make a list of outcomes that will fit everyone's game.

that second listing is the listing of someone who REALLY hates the companions. You'd have to try to kill them all off. but for me, the only companion who died is Anders when he was an jerk and blew up the chantry. He got what he deserved.

Depends how long after DA2 it takes place, some wardens might be dead because of the 30 years to live thing. DA2 was 9 years at least.
