I just recently got Cerberus Network and I have been trying to get the DLC from it, but it won't download to my xbox. What's going on here? Anyone know?

What have you done so far? So you have used the Cerberus Code?

Are your Profile (from this website), EA account, Gamertag and email(s) connected?

Do you have enough space on your HD?

Same exact problem i am having, i got a code from EA and i used it, it seems to have registered but it doesn't let me download anything or appear on my list of activiated items, frustrated.

^ was the game new or used?

and by the way, from where was the game bought? There could be a sad connection to the store you bought the game from.

Picked it up at Gamestop, used yes, but EA was courteous enough to provide me a new code, and then the problem occurred.
I believe it could be just a minor server issue some people have been having, and yes my account is fully linked to my 360 from EA and to Bioware.

So it appears listed on this website, but you still can't download?



Edit: you can check by going to Profile and clicking "Your Registered Game Promotions"

You should see "(Cerberus Network)" repeated for five entries.

Actually, i input the code onto the game itself on the xbox, the code worked, but nothing seemed to download or activate, it still asks me to connect to cerberus network, and no, it's not under my promotions.

What email and Gamertag is displayed on the promotions page? You don't have to tell me, but you need them linked so that they appear on the promotions page here.

You may have to login to the EA website to confirm that your Xbox persona (GamerTag) is connected properly if you still cannot download it on your console.


Oh, I'd also like to ask if have you played on more than one Console?
