I want to make Merrill a bloodmage, but have difficulty with the tactics and spells.
I know that high constitution and magic, no willpower needed, so what would be the best spells, and how to set the tacticts to get the most out of her?

I guess as she starts with some points in nature, that's the way to go?

I have her with all the points in nature / entropy / elemental, set up to control elite mobs, and ae the rest, while in bloodmagic. I wouldn't advise this course of action without a spirit healer pc though, she does faint about once or twice per average encounter :|

I had her master the Primal tree, and took Horror and both hexes from the Entropy tree. Have her tactics set to activate bloodmagic when her health is above a certain limit, say >75%. And have her deactivate bloodmagic automatically when her health falls too low.

I skipped elemental, primal, entropy and nature FTW.

I took all sustainable spells I could find. Elemental weapons, rock armor and so on... since Merrill is not using her mana pool they are all free of charge
also equip her with weapons and trinkets that gives bonus to blood magic. After a while it will be hard to notice on her health bar that she uses spells

I have her set to hex the elites, and protect herself. Now that her defense is done I'll likely go primal or finish off the spirit tree.
