I just started the 2nd act of my 2nd pt and it's not showing (Bethany is with the Grey Wardens)
In the previous one, immediately after I got back from the Deep roads I got this quest (Bethany shipped off to the Circle)
Does Bethany's fate has something to do with this ? Or is it just another bug ?
Consoling Words not triggering

Hasn't triggered for me, either, and Bethany's dead as dead in my playthrough.

I take it you brought her for the Deep Roads expedition withouth Anders ?
Perhaps it triggers only when Beth "goes" to the Circle

Seems as if. Because, yes, she died in the Deep Roads.

If Bethany dies you should get the quest "Mourning" which is currently bugged and auto-completes. If she goes to the circle you get Consoling Words. No idea if there even should be a quest if she becomes a Grey Warden (though it would make sense for there to be one).
