Hello everyone,

I just want to say first off this is one amazing game. I am a new player to the DAO series.
I have a question concerning using the tactics slots for Morrigan and Wynne. I am wanting to use the Arcane Shield and Heal abilites to protect my party members.  How do I set up the tactics slots to best use these abilities. I have both Morrigan and Wynne leveled up enough where they can use both the Arcane Shield and the Heal Abilites. My party consist of me(warrior), Allistar, Wynne, and Morrigan.

After some thought on this I'm guessing that to use the Arcane Shield you would need to set your mage to "Ally" and then select "Any" or "Being attacked by Ranged, Melee, or Magic" to protect my warriors. I think I have the Heal ability figured out. Like I said I am new to Dragon Age Origins so I may be wrong on this. If so I ask that somebody please help me. Thanks

Arcane shield is a sustainable so probably best set as:

Self - any - Arcane shield

Heal can be set up as:

Self - health < 50% - heal
Ally - health < 50% - heal

Some people prefer heals to be set at 75% or so, play with it and adjust it to what you feel suits your situation best.
