I passed on the Darkspawn Chronicles, Feastday gifts, and Leliana's Song. I bought everything else though.
This.
I thought leliana's song was the best dlc out of the lot personally-, And yes i probably will get dlc if it looks interesting- hopefully some more of varric/merrill would be nice.

At present without any details it'll be only impulse buys during XBLA Deal of the Week.

I got everything but that as well. What made me not buy Leliana's song was the fact that the Warden was nowhere involved. If it had been about the Warden going back to Orlais to help Leliana out then sure, I'd have rummaged between the sofa cushions for the DLC.

Ultimate Edition - maybe.
Now that EA runs the ship, I'm done with blindly buying (into) anything.
BioWare lost a lot of credibility with that move. They lost even more with DA2.
"Rewarding" you with a shiny in-game item as good-doggie treat for signing up for the newsletter, or other marketing tricks just makes me sick. While it's free, it's just another way of garnering the interest of the gullible consumer. Besides - I seriously hate spam!

Except I think people wouldn't be happy about paying for a DLC that retextures Kirkwall or add's more weapon trees to Rogues and Warriors (and maybe even a staff combat tree to mages)...
"Rawr this stuff should already be in the game rawr!" And I can't really disagree with them. So I don't think we will see DLC like that due to a potential ****storm.
That will have to wait for mods. Unless it was Free or dirt cheap, and there is no profitz in that.(other then appeasing upset fans which would be a good long term investment)

As long as there is some DLC that fixes some of the issues in the game instead of just more dungeons ubar lewtz and companions then, yeah.

This.
A DLC + patch to 'fix' the game = maybe a buy for future DLCs after the 'fix DLC' (depending on the DLC, too. For DA:O, I have all the DLCs except the gift pack thingies and the darkspawn DLC as I wasn't interested in them)
Oh, and no released toolset = no buy for future DLCs

Nope I won't be buying any DLC content for DA2. I can't even bring myself to finish my 2nd play though for the game. DA2 does not keep your interest like Origins did.
It doesn't? Thanks for warning me, all this time I thought it was my interest it was keeping.

Yet, it was your "second" playthrough. Many do not feel as he does.
Edit: Distracted, totally ****ed up "playthrough"

Oh gawd I have such a great retort but It'd probably get me banned D:
So no, you are completely and utterly wrong. Lern 2 look around the interwebs. The majority of people are dissappointed with the game. The Minorites are the senseless haters and bashers and the people who love the game and thinks it's perfect because Bioware made it. I primarily post on Gamefaqs/Gamespot forums. And there are just as many people upset with the game there as here.
And the only way I could start a second playthrough was with the No restrictions mod, a Save editor to change the Origins import options and using the console to multiclass. Even with all that I lost interest in the game.

No, you are utterly wrong. Where's your statistics, bud? Check my other post, I've already done the math more than once for people, the average user rating for DA2 usually comes out to 7/10.
Here's an example:
On Metacritic, 2178 PC users give a combined score of 4.8, on GameSpot.com 2662 PC users give a combined score of 7.2.
2662 (Majority) > 2176 (Minority)
Your own logic fails you.

Depends on what it is. I problaby wouldn't buy a weapon or appearance pack but I'd certianly buy quest type dlc.
Filling in the first year might be pretty cool.

No. For three reasons. One, the game's replay value is almost non-existant. I had to drag myself through the second playthrough. Two, it will probably be like ME2's DLC's - side quests with no companion interaction at all. And lastly, I won't support a developer who's Lead Designer is so full of himself he can't admit his failure, yet decides to stab the fans who made him who he is in the back.
So yeah, not going to happen. It was Bungie at first. Then Bungie got full of themselves and neglected their community. Bioware was next in line. Then ME2 happened. Now DA2 happened. Next is Bethesda. Looking at Skyrim, it looks like they're the only ones who aren't straying from their core standards.

I agree.
