In the long run, who commands and controls the battlefield more out of a duel wielding rogue or a two-handed warrior?

Having played both...

I'd say warrior. Rogue is great for boss fights but the warrior dominates the battlefield with their crowd damage.

The Xebenback fight was much easier with a warrior than a rogue (4 man party). But the Rock Wraith and High Dragon fight took much less time with a rogue.

2h war, they control the battlefield by killing everyone in a matter of seconds, your party included if you were too trigger happy with your AoE.

Rogue can take out the most dangerous enemy in the shortest time and some CC.

A rouge archer controls the battlefield more than a Duel Wielder, but other I would say the 2H Warrior.

2H warrior. My DW rogue does huge amounts of damage, but is fairly weak and the only AoE talents that actually do damage are granades, and they're not really talents. Need a 2h warrior to do some serious melee damage on a grander scale

A Rogue requires support from the rest of the party and even when they get that support they're built around single target DPS, that's hardly controlling the battlefield.
