I got all her upgrades, I gave her both gifts and completed all quests with her. I chose every flirt option I got, had her approval at 100%, everybody comments on my relationship with her and I slept with her three times, once with Zevran as well. Is the reason why her costume won't update because I chosee to kill Castillon or is this a bug?

No it's a bug. Her costume is supposed to change when you sleep with her at your mansion in Hightown. It should be fixed in the coming patch hopefully.

i heard if u get her to drink a makers might potion from the black emporium it fixes it but i dont know if it works

Of course, drinking a Maker's Sigh potion risks severely gimping a character with the passive ability bug.

but is she still considered romance? As in will she still give me romance dialog during the final battle + the achievement?
