How would I add the cloudy ash wraith visual effect to my character? Can this be done via save game editing?

Anyone? Surely there must be a way. The such as fades, rage demons and ash wraiths are all spawned with visual effects such as fire or dark cloud surrounding them. Is there some way I can add the effect to my armor? Where would I look to find out more about this?
