Actually, I'm just here to have fun, now. It's become quite obvious that you have no desire for actual discussion, but instead want to bring all the unwashed heathens into the First Church of the Variablist. You cling to your illustrious Variables like a fanatic does to his faith, unwilling to engage anyone in thoughtful debate or to even admit that -- shocking as it may seem -- you may be wrong. No, you just keep on saying "VARIABLES!" like you were proclaiming the immortal name of Christ, and ignore any attempt by others who try to offer up other viewpoints.

And what truly tickles my phunny bohn is that you're devoting this much fanaticism to a game. A game that no one outside of Bioware knows much of anything about and which there are no known facts beyond 'part of it will take place on earth' and 'the reapers are going to be here'.

Your entire attitude is laughable at best, and I'm having a good time laughing at it.

Preach on, o' ye zealot of the great Variable. May thy converts be few and as thick-headed as ye yourself be.

No desire? Now I know you're a troll. You clearly haven't read any of my posts or the ongoing debates that have happened here. Clearly you lack respect for others and yourself that you would deny what you were exactly doing.

If you refuse to stay on Topic and continue to troll than you have no business here.

You're off topic!  Get back on topic! Now!  :P

I don't think anyone has any business here. All your doing is ranting about variables and calling anyone who disagrees a fool or a troll. I've yet to see one decent attempt at you even considering anyone elses opinion without resorting to insults or teh variables.

The troll here is you Elite. Only you.

Yep, No Desire. Congratulations, you can read.

Oh, I've read your posts. They all, without fail, boil down to "You're right and I'm wrong because VARIABLES!"

It actually annoyed me for a while. Then I realized you're just preaching your own personal gospel. Then it was still annoying, but more of the 'fun' kind of annoying. Like watching someone rant and rave about how they're the only sane person on the face of the planet.

Good for a laugh, anyways.

Come to think of it, does anyone have 'business' on forums, anywhere?

I can just see the scene; some dude in a suit and tie, carrying a briefcase, sits down at a computer...

And logs on to the Bioware forums.

"Hello there, I have Important Business with AlmostFaceMan. Would you care to step inside my thread so we can discus srsbznss?"

If you're annoyed than leave since you clearly don't plan to debate or express your point in an intelligent manner. You're just as bad as the other trolls that are egging you on whether you desire their unwelcomed support or not.

Also, stop insulting religions. I may not be the most religious man but I'm not so arrogant as to speak of them in such an arrogant manner.

He does seem quite srs, doesn't he? Perhaps his bzns is not doing too well these days? It must be terribly difficult to be bznslike in a forum where no one recognizes his vast intellect, superior breeding, and powers of partial clairvoyance.

Quite sad that you continue to troll, stay off topic, and have no better use of your time. If you aren't going to debate in an intelligent manner than stay out of this topic.

You continue to deny my sensible requests and if you were me I doubt you would have kept your cool as I have done numerous times. You being here posting Off-Topic Dribble changes nothing and only serves as a time waster. Do you truely have nothing better to do?

Okay in the first place it's 'drivel'. If you're going to insult me, do it properly.

And in the second place... Nope. Nothin' better to do.

Just hangin' out.

Watchin' the game.

Havin' a Bud.

Again, I'm asking you to leave. I don't wish for you to get in trouble with Mods due to your constant disregard for the rules and my requests to leave if you wont contribute.

You have not kept your cool.  And that's one of the things we're complaining about when we try to discuss this topic with  you.  For example, using the word "dribble" connotates a tone that is hardly friendly.  And you use this tone.  All the time.  So, it applies to the topic.  Change your tone, so we can discuss this with you.  Your tone should not be pendantic, elitist, know-it-all, or condescending.  Lighten up.  Relax.  Be able to laugh at yourself.  Chill out.

Yes I have. Believe me when I say that I have kept my cool. If you contrbute to the Topic than I haveno problems with you. What I have a problem is the three of you refuseing to leave when asked and your continued trolling and off topic posting.

Must a mod be brought here because you can't just grow up and leave the Topic if you don't wish to contribute?

I'd actually be interested in what a Mod has to say about this thread, so sure, bring one on over. It'll be fun to see who gets yelled at first, us for not leaving, or you for your condescending tone, your inability to look past TEH VARIABLES and engage in thoughtful discussion, and your general belief that everyone else in the entire world is a vapid imbecile because they disagree with you.

Anyone else think this'd kinda be like a burglar calling the cops because the home-owner is threatening him with a pistol?

Elite, the problem is you never debate in a rational manner. You always come off as an overly hostile ass, thus, people mock you.

Stop. Relax. And just enjoy without resorting to insulting the people you are debating with.

I can't just bring mods over. All I can do is request Mod assistance and if they deem what you've or I've done as a problem they will fix it. Whatever the case I will ask again. If you refuse to contrbute and continue to troll and make off-topic posts than leave my Topic.

I don't care how I come off of. When I debate I always go in for the win, always. If you don't like it than why are you even in this Topic? No one is forceing you to be here and no one is forceing you to troll and make off-topic posts when you lack the ability to debate your point against another in an intelligent and adult manner.

Because I enjoy mocking self-absorbed know-it-alls. It's kinda a hobby of mine, right along with Snipe Hunting and Turd Fishing (Though that last one is in the off-season right now.)

You can't really win this debate. Essentially, you are arguing about stuff we know literally nothing about. Both sides of the argument have reasonable points about why or why not squadmates cannot return. Both sides also have utterly stupid ****ing points for why or why not squadmates will return.

So really, just relax.

They variables are in the game and thus are facts set in stone. the only way to change them is by retconning them or Bioware forgetting that they existed. Also, these aren't all of the variables as if anyone read my first post would know that they are just 'some' of the many variables.

I'm not angry but I am dissapointed that others aren't contributeing, refuse to leave when asked, and continue to troll. I really do hope a Mod comes to settle the matter. This topic was made for debate not for those that have no desire for it.

No, this topic was made so you could stuff your viewpoint down the throats of anyone who came in to have a speculative discussion. You haven't debated, you've proselytized. Your entire arguments are hinged around the idea that "doing this would be hard" and "Variables!", and you condescend and call names anyone who dares disagree with the gospel of the Variables.

I mean, let's call a spade a spade here.

You have no read any of the debates than, have you? If I was only careing about my view than I wouldn't have taken the time to debate against other views. I have respect for those that debate intelligently even if I don't agree with them. What I dont respect is your trolling attempts and refusal to leave or contribute.

Yes Variables are set in stone.

If Jack dies you can't change that.

Thane is ill and will die in less than a year. You can't change that.

Garrus wont reach his full potiential under Shepard. You can't change that.
