Lordy, it's like listening to a broken record.

You don't have to continue posting here. Either leave or contribute. What you're doing is going against what you agreed to follow when you joined these forums. I also don't appreciate your open threats against me. I disagree with your trolling and off-topic ways but I have never resorted to implying violence come upon you.

Yes Variables are set in stone.

If Jack dies you can't change that.

Thane is ill and will die in less than a year. You can't change that.

Garrus wont reach his full potiential under Shepard. You can't change that.

* Not kill Jack. Changed.

*Thane has expressed interest in living after his loyalty mission/romance. Possiblity of a cure is not ruled out due to CDN stuff

*Possibility of Shadowbroker being wrong.

You're not gonna get through to him, I'm sorry to say. It's been tried before.

Numerous times.

LOTS of numerous times.

Yet the Variable still exists and not ever save avoids it or even knows that it can be avoided. This falls in line with punishing casuals/newcomers while only rewarding the minority. You can't change the fact that the variable is one of many and still exists no matter what happens.

Perhaps as a LI he expressed that though just doing his loyalty mission didn't change that he knew his death was unavoidable. All he made mention was that he wanted to fix things with his son in the short time he has left.

Maybe the SB might be wrong but there's nothing proving the opposite of the case. With Garrus being killable it's a reasonable excuse Bioware could use as to why Garrus would leave. I personally want to see Garrus start his own Squad and become the Turian's awnser to Shepard. Especially with the Reaper invasion not just being exclusive to just Earth.

Didn't say it was MY attempts -- although I did attempt to do it a couple of times, and you were an ass then too.

So now I'm just hangin' out.

I may be wall but you can't say I'm not true to my beliefs. At least I haven't resorted to trolling like others have. If you have a valid arguement than I will debate you. If you wish to troll, like others, than you aren't worth anyones time.

It would be cheaper, easier, faster, requires less work, and ect than intergrating the dead into the ME3 plot with the assumption that none of them are needed.

um no

They'd have to hire new voice actors, make new models and textures, new animations and write new characters.

Also, your past history is not suspicous at all.

No! Don't do it Phaedon! Mrsph and me are already tainted by this thread, but you can still escape! You can flee to warn others to stay away...

...

Aw damn, now it's on you.

Oh well. Welcome to the madhouse. Cookies and punch are in the corner, and be sure to pick up your free propeller beanie and buck teeth from the receptionist.

You're exgerrateing  and you know it. I only bring it up in topics that involve said Squaddies such as should they return or they should be made a LI. I don't ever bring this up in the DA2 board for example. Whatever the case what I do in other Topics, even if they're made up illusions like you just said, has nothing to do with this Topic.

Yeah, like they didn't do with DA2? Oh wait a minute right there, good sir! That's 'exactly' what they did! Hell, they did the 'exact' same thing for ME2 from ME1! I believe I must be on to something, no?

Oh, not at all. Feel free to jump in if you like. The pool water's a little chilly, but the floor show is a hoot and a half.

@AlmostFaceMan: Y'know, I wondered where those got to... I just figured a bunch of toothless rabbits had made a raid or something.

DA2 is not the same format as ME3. ME3 is a three part story.  DA2 is not the continuation of DA1.

Weeeee!

ME2 did the exact same thing as DA2 did. Bioware has no qualms with replaceing the dead and has a history of it. The costs of a cameo is a lot smaller than trying to intergrate characters into the plot as Squaddies despite them not being in every save.

Image IPB
(implying that DA2 was a direct sequel to DA:O plot-wise or that DA2's import system was as substantial as ME2/3's)

Bioware also has no qualms about completely ignoring deaths.

So...

Okay...

wait wait wait...

So... What you're saying... Is that it's cheaper (CHEAPER, mind you)... To hire completely new voice actors... Create completely new character designs... And put completely new characters -- at least six of 'em -- into the game's plot... AND pay the old voice actors to do cameo appearances...

Than to just keep the same characters from the original two games.

... Am I the only one seeing this? This isn't just me, is it?

Yeah, the expense thing kinda died when someone brought up how true/false flags worked.

Now the new argument is that it's unfair to the people with only 2 survivors or that it would be better story-wise to have new characters or something.
