Sometimes while the camera is focused on whoever is speaking, the speaker will randomly and harshly shrink and reenlarge continuosly until the conversation is over. This has happened in every single Act.

I'm using an Xbox 360, I'm completely unaware how to check what you're asking for although.
I have a Zenith Big Screen TV, it looks as wide and tall ratio wise as any other.
I'm playing without HD, and I have installed DA2.

On the Xbox Dashboard go to My Xbox > Settings > Display Settings and let me know what it says (Should be 50Hz/60Hz normal or 50Hz/60Hz widescreen for non-HD)
