From a non-metagaming perspective, I couldn't bring myself to stab Anders in the back when he already looked that dejected. I wanted to see him wallow in it and squirm.

No, he isn't. Let's not blame the victim here.
"I was surprised, given that his whole character arc was supposed to be about Revenge Not Helping After People You Love Are Murdered, that his immediate reaction was to threaten revenge. Way to grow through adversity there, Sebastian. "
Um.. he just saw people he cared about get blown up.. he reacted like any sane eprson would = punish the person who committed such a heinous act.
Love the way people try to justify Anerd's cold blooded mass murder. LMAO
P.S. Talking about 'martyrs', Anders made the Chantry mother one. Nice goin', dude, nice goin'.
And you didn't bother getting Heal and it's upgrade so you would have minimal healing at least?S Atomeha wrote...

anyone felt like this when Anders blows the chantry?
Nope. Healing is not an issue. I had enough healing potions to last through that long final battle with plenty to spare. And if you play it right, Bethany is with you and she can be a healer as well. The Emporium has a large stock of potions and I simply bought them all before the final sequence. You get enough warning in the game that this is the final sequence.
As for Anders, I sent him away the first time and killed him in subsequent plays. He has clearly gone over the edge and with Justice inside him, there is no coming back. If there is one thing worst than a mad scientist, it is a mad mage.

Yeah, that's just lazy. Plus Anders don't have THAT much healing potential. There is also bombs that can ressurect your teammates and some potions that lift you up right away after the character has been downed. You don't need that pansy Anders! Just HULK SMASH! everything.
he's also the only one who could keep me alive.IronWolf1987 wrote...
Anders literally killed widows and orphans when he blew up that chantry. The man straight up shanked Oliver Twist (or if you prefer the dinsney version curb stomped an adorable kitten).

You know what would have made a compelling argument for Sebastian?
"What if your templar brother had been in the chantry? Would you still be waffling then?"
i'd be applauding anders then. Carver is an ass.TS2Aggie wrote...

Don't see why you would need a healer on hard, if you have a proper tank it should be easy. I stabbed Anders and rolled with Sebastian.
