do you have to have the all ther dlc on xbox 360 to get the other companions

i am on my third playthrough and i cannot find fenris or isabella can anyone help?

fenris is acquired during the Bait and switch side quest in chaper 1. isabella is acquired durring the fools rush in side quest in chapter 1. if you go to the deep roads without doing the side quests, you will not be able to recruit Isabella or Fenris
