One of the most distinct things about the demo was how rapidly mages attacked. I am now in act three ad my character seemst to be fighting far slower, basic attacks are (unsurprisingly) a lot more powerful than they used to be but my attack speed is also frustratingly far slower than it was origionaly. It's not just a framerate issue, other characters still attack quickly, my character just seems to physically move very slowly. Is there some gameplay mechanic I'm unaware of that is causing this?
Apologies if this has been brought up before, if this forum still has a search function, I can't find it.

It's a stackable bug, so dont get friendly with her. Or, don't put her in your party.

Problem is, many of us are finding out about it only after there's any time to do something about it.

There's a fix for it, but it's only a band-aid really. Under projects on there is a dao save game editor that also works with DA2. Use the save game editor to open your save and adjust the attack speed animation modifier from negative whatever to 0. Then to keep it from happening again, on dragon age nexus, there is a mod that makes Sebastian and Isabela's friendship abilities effect only themselves.
I would link you but I am having issues finding the mod on nexus, but there are links to it in other threads. I think I found it in the PC Tech help forum.
