I'm at the end of the quest and she asks if I would like to join her on her ship or the other option is stay in kirkwall. How will this effect endgame? I'm only friends with her and I am romanced with Fenris. I'm afraid that if I choose to join her crew, that the game story will mess up in the end and say that "and then he left with Isabela" when it should really say whatever should be said with Fenris staying with Hawke, or will they both join Isabela? Or perhaps it doesn't have any affect at all, but I want to be sure.

Didn't effect mine that I noticed. My character still ran off with their other love interest no matter what i said to Isabela.
