Ok so I downloaded Warden's Keep and it installed no problem (PC, btw).

I went and took the quest from Levi in the camp.  I quit the game (pretty sure I saved but not positive) and when I restarted it, I did the Stone Prisoner stuff.

Now, my journal is telling me that Levi should be waiting in the camp to talk to me (for the first time), but when I go there, nothing.

I have tried disabling the DLC, reloading, then saving and re-enabling.  No luck.

Any other suggestions?

I got there in a slightly different way, but I have the same issue. Never got the questr successfully, and tried tearing out and redownloading Warden's Keep. It then gave me the lead up quest to talk to Levi, but now, Levi never appears in camp.

Well, I'm having the issue a lot of folks are having. I did the WK quest, got the Warden Commander's Armor, etc. Last night, many hours after doing the WK content I walked into the mountain village to find the ashes and took 2 steps after loading in and suddenly found myself naked. My WK armor was gone, and so was my Bergen's Honor helm! Subsequently most of my save games that included those armor pieces are missing them now as well. WK is gone from my map, so I checked the camp and the NPC is there again, like I never did the quest! I took the quest again, thinking the worst case scenario I'd just run WK again... got to WK and everything was looted and dead, as if WK didn't reset... Now the WK DLC is rendered absolutely useless and unable to complete again. Missing all the items from it and everything I had stored in the chest there. I hope there will be some sort of patch to get this back on this game. I would hate to start all over again because of a DLC.

I have the exact same issue. Wouldn't want to start over and due WK again, anyway, because the exact same thing can happen again, at any time apparently. Also not sure I want to do the Stone Prisoner mission because of all of the problems that is causing people.

Basically I feel like money has been stolen from me. Either make it work, or give me my money back.



Or, at the very least, say you're looking into it!

Same issue - Warden's Keep has reset to pre-quest stage. Levi is back at the camp, acting as if I've already talked to him, but not accepted the quest. Accepting it takes me to the already emptied quest version of the Keep, with no way of triggering the end of the quest. All the juicy stuff that I put in the party chest is unavailable...



I can't find a single "official" mention of this problem, or any suggestion to resolving it. I'm assuming it's just a couple of flags. Anyone know where to look for scripts to run that would result in them being set?

Actually just thinking about it, there may have been something else that caused it. I noticed that while I was in the Fade in the Circle Tower, the mouseover tooltips for the "extra" skills from Warden's Keep didn't work. The skills worked, but the animations looked broken. Maybe this is where the DLC went crazy?

They are looking into it, though, I agree an official post of sticky would be nice.

Ah, thanks for that. Must have missed it. Well, instead of just waiting around for it to get fixed, I'll restart another char, and keep a closer eye on my saves...

Chalk up another person with the issue mentioned above, all the items from Warden keep DLC have disappeared off my characters, Allistar is naked and really doesn't make a good tank anymore. Problem seemed to occurred after patching to 1.01b, however as another player noted, problem also occured after venturing into the Fade.

I don't think a specific locale triggers this problem, as my WK stuff and the DLC in general went bye bye after I took 2 steps in that little mountain village in the west.

I lost access to Warden's Keep as well. It doesn't appear on the map and the NPC is no longer in the camp. Very annoying that it doesn't work since I paid good money for it. =X

I got around the problem by loading an earlier save. Apparently at some point I just lost access to all DLC things, including my preorder items. I got the items back later but both Shale and Warden's Keep seems to have been corrupted in that savegame.

Same thing just happened to me! several characters are missing items now and WK doesn't appear on my map. Question is...even if they find and fix the problem, will the missing items magically appear, or is my game permanently corrupted?

Just ran into the same problem with my current character. I successfully installed Warden's Keep, Stone Prisoner and a variety of bonus items. Played the game, had Shale in my party, and had finished Warden's Keep (and actually put quite a few items in the chest there). Left for Redcliffe, finished Redcliffe, came back to my party camp to find that Shale was gone. Then I discovered that Warden's Keep was also gone. They're still installed, and all other DLC items are still there, they're just gone from my current saved game (didn't get any messages during my play). So I need to restart from a previous saved game and redo Redcliffe
