IDK maybe im really dumb but im a warrior in act three just finished Best Served Cold & these quests have not become available ive seached Hightown many times looking for the trigger characters for these quests but nothing is there something special i need to do to let them start ive also tried to finish Fenris companio quests for act 3 but the Alone quest never starts?? IDK does anyone have any ideas on how to get any of these quests going or if there was something i might have missed in act 2 that would start these quests

I think the Nathaniel quest is only available if a) you imported a game from Origins and you recruited him in the Awakening DLC or 
you chose 'the Martyr' pre-built Warden option when starting DA2. At least that's what I've read on the Dragon Age wiki (but that's a fan made wiki as far as I know).
Murder of crows doesn't appear if you've killed a certain bisexual elf assassin in Origins.
Or they could be bugged. That happens in this game sadly.
