 I intend to cap out my rogue's Dex at the max required level and pump the rest into cunning. How many total attribute points can you get from the fade, tomes, (and possibly other places/ways in-game that I don't know about)? Thanks.

10 from the fade, 9 from tomes, +1/2 from various gear, +7 to all attributes from Rune of Valiance. You should be able to acquire >90 cunning fairly easily.
