I think they should use an existing voice for continuity.
Martin Sheen , Keith David or Tricia Helfer could all narrate the opening sequence. However , I got a feeling its gonna be the dude from the trailer.

vigil should do the part for the prothean history and me1, shepard or tim should do it for me2, show invasion of reapers with clint mansells lunar industries theme playing and let us begin mass effect 3

Wouldn't the logical choice be Shepard? Mass Effect is Shepard's story after all.

If we had to have one (PLEASE NO), Liara is the only one that makes sense to me (she's akways on your side, I think, plus she'll probably live for ages).
Having said that.. I REEEALLLY don't want to hear anyone narrate. Imo, it would be a bit wierd, seeing as we've never had one so far.
Ugh *thinks about Deckard narration in that version of Blade Runner*
