I know there are threads for all the acts but those are, honestly loaded with possible spoilers and way, way too long but there is currently no other way to know if I'm not doing quest X right or it is a bug. Could we get a summary, maybe under the Major Issues topic- that creates a summary/spoiler free list of issues that would be easy to reference?

This is not a bad idea, but the problem is, it's difficult to describe whether a quest is bugged or not, or how to avoid the bug, without spoiling the quest a little bit. By perusing the forums, I've managed to learn how to work around some of the bugs and a few quests that seem to be just plain broken, but I'm not sure I could explain them very well without including at least a little spoiler-type info.

I'd literally just be happy with the quest name listed as bugged. Then I might not know what the particualr bug is but at least I'd know to expect that quest to not work.

I'm sure there are more, but I know that the following quests are bugged for a lot of people:
Who Needs Rescuing
Sketchy on the Details
Forbidden Knowledge (in this case it's because you have choices, but if you choose anything but the CORRECT choice, the quest becomes uncompleteable, but doesn't actually get moved out of your active quests).

Merrill's Personal Quest in Act III is bugged, don't know the name for sure.

Merrill's entire questline for Act 3 is bugged. The cutscenes occur out of order, leading to one conversation never happening at all.
