I got the quest to get the item from the chest and according to the unlockables section of the main menu it is unlocked.  However when I try to select the chest to open it I cannot.  The quest arrow is over it but I cannot open the box.  I tried reloading the save game and then reloading the game itself but neither helped.  Anyone else have this happen?

I have. I just leave the estate and come back and it opens.

Yeah having the same problem in a post end game save.
