Apologies if this has already been posted, but when a party member I am controlling is downed, if I bring up the pause menu before the game auto-switches to another character, the game stops responding to mouse and keyboard input. Can't click anything, can't escape back out of the pause menu, nothing. All I can do is Alt+F4 out of the game.

It's not a major issue, I just encounter it often because I reflexively open the save menu to reload when the PC is downed, and then I can't do anything.
